Typographical Errors
 In the event that a Maxisale product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Maxisale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Maxisale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Maxisale shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.



 

Term; Termination
 These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Maxisale without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

 In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Maxisale may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Maxisale, Maxisale has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Maxisale. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Maxisale seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).


 

Product Warranty 

All electrical products contained and sold from this site are covered for a limited period of time by the manufacturers of the product or Maxisale suppliers.  Without exception, all electrical items sold have a minimum manufacturers warranty period of 1 year.  In many cases the warranty period, particularly in regards to whitegoods, is 2 years.  Maxisale abides by manufacturers warranty terms and conditions including the right to repair or replace at the sole discretion of the manufacturer where a product is found to have become faulty during its warranty period.  In the event that an item is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery, the customer is to contact Maxisale within 24 hrs to report such.  Depending on the circumstances, the item may be replaced or repaired.  Should the product be found to be faulty after 7 days from purchase then the manufacturers warranty terms will apply and a service call be arranged with the supplier for the customer. A return shipping and re-stock fee will always apply to change of mind return requests.  Approval of 'change of mind' return requests is at the sole discretion of Maxisale. These fees do not apply to products for return suffering a genuine manufacturers fault or delivery damage reported within the specified time frames.

We accept no liability for typographical errors, misprints, omissions, or changes in specification. From time to time the manufacturer's specifications will change without notice. If unsure about an aspect of a product please contact our sales team prior to purchase.

Delays in transit
Standard Shipping averages 2-5 days for delivery to most areas in Australia, while. Shipping to regional areas (eg regional WA/NT) may take longer. It is important to remember that delivery times are estimates, and can be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of the shipping company. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping:

Products are usually sent within 48 hours of the order being placed, however if there will be a delay in processing your order due to a product being out of stock, or no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

 All orders are securely packaged so all products arrive as they left, in perfect condition. Shopping costs are determined by weight, and are calculated when going through the checkout process. The larger items that exceed Australian Post maximum sizing are assessed and priced according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, which ever is greater, and then sent via courier. This will of course exceed the pricing determined by Australian Post shipping price quoted on the order.

Returns:

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Maxisale team. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organize a refund or a exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us within 7(seven) days of you receiving them, undamaged and in original packaging. Postage will be the responsibility of the returning party.
